SPELL - To Ring In The Changes.

Need a change in your life?
Here's a simple Spell to encourage just that!
(For this Spell you will need:
a White Candle (for new beginnings)
and a small bell.)
Safely light the White Candle.
Hold both your hands out in front of you palms down.
Say: I ring in the changes.
Lift the bell, ring it, replace the bell
and then turn your hands palms upwards.
Say: I bring in the changes.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
Turn your hands palm downwards and repeat the process two more times.
After the third time quickly blow out the candle and Say:
"So Mote it Be!"
