Returns Policy and Important Information

Customers can cancel their order within 7 working days of placing their order however, orders cancelled after they have been despatched will not have outgoing postage refunded and refunds will be made once the order is received back at Witches Galore.
Witches Galore often despatch their orders within 7 days, so please email us if you wish to cancel your order as soon as possible and if we have not already despatched it we can cancelled your order immediately.

Orders can be returned in an unused condition within 7 working days of receipt however, outgoing postage will not be refunded and cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Witches Galore reserve the right to cancel an order - For Example if the product is out of stock.
